Big Problemo!!!!
Hey! I just went to the doctor/chiropractor guy for shoulder an ultrasound. I guess it is one way to help soothe my muscles in my shoulder. I have rotator cuff something and mild tendinitis or something like that. He gave me little weight workouts. I have to use two 5lbs. weights and two 3lbs. weights. Oh my.... just kidding!!! Anybody got any other suggestions for me!?!?

No Swimming or School!?! Yesss or Nooo???

What do you think??? Is is a good thing or bad thing to like missing swimming, school and everything like that?!? I'm not sure what to think!! I love swimming, and I love hanging with my buds at school. The cons of missing both are I get VERY lazy and I'm not kidding! When I get back to the pool, my strokes are REALLY bad, my shoulders kill me and people just never stop talking.... School. The problem with missing school, I get lonely very quick when I don't see my buds. Pros are....well.... NO SCHOOL!! And being LAZY like a sloth!!! Tee Hee Hee!!!!

Swimming in my LIFE!!!

Hey Everybody!!
Swimming in my life is really hectic. I swim 6 out of 7 days in a week. Sunday's my day off!!! All that swimming is really hard on my shoulders. In 4 months i used to be able to touch my hands behind my back... I can't now!! Oh my, right?? Gimme some comments!! Oh and by the way I will talk about more then swimming!! Trust me!?!
